Ever since the last update it takes forever to load a product page. Sometimes they wont load at all. Makes the app almost totally useless. Fix it!

Waste of an app and a waste of my time. It scanned my coupon and now its nowhere to be found. I dont trust it and wont be throwing my mailed coupons away.

It will not allow me to sign in, only to create an account. So I entered my old info into the new account section and it allowed that but then it would not recognize that I just purchased the 20 percent off deal. This doesnt benefit me at all. I will delete and try it again in the future to see if improvements have been made. *Update. I just went online and changed my password again and this time I was able to sign on the app. Even after I reset the app it still works. Will let you know if I have anymore problems.

This app freezes constantly, the touch responses are dramatically delayed, and it force closes pretty consistently. Youre better off using the mobile website.

My recommendation for this app is that the "My Offers" tab should be used to receive coupons and discounts electronically. I find it extremely pointless to upload my paper copy of a coupon that I can just physically bring to the store. Why would I go through the effort of uploading it to my phone when I have the coupon in hand already??? It does not make it any more convenient. Id be bringing my phone or the paper coupon regardless. So it would be nice if I could have coupons sent straight to my account through the app. Please consider this.

Please fix your app. Doesnt open. Crashes before opening. iOS 10.1

Its slow and freezes a lot, almost impossible to use

Downloaded the app to make a simple purchase. All functions went fine but I cant check out. After putting all my info in I just kept getting an error. An app is suppose to make you money not waste your customers time.

Needs to fully support ApplePay in this app and at all store locations.

Not user friendly in any way. Issues with log in log out editing contact info and adding to registry

Slowest app I have tried to use in a long time. I really like the products but I have tried several times, over the course of several weeks, both online and on app to check out what is in my cart without success. Always gets stuck in pay screen.

Fiancé and I thought this would be good to have since we are planning our wedding out of state. Wrong. We are still hoping for the update that will fix the tab that allows the registrants to see the registry items that have been purchased. Also, adding items to the registry is IMPOSSIBLE on the mobile app. Just FYI, people appreciate a mobile app that works in mostly all situations. Have mercy on the nuptial challenged haha!

For some reason, it wants to track location even when not in use. No Apple Pay support. Constantly reloads, its just a browser wrapper, at least several parts are. Checkout is a nightmare. Just go to the website if you must buy from them, and if you use the app, dont let it track your location, because it will do so even in the background.

This has to be the worst app ever. You can shop but the payment section NEVER works. I tried over and over to purchase items. A company this big should have a functioning app.....very disappointing!

Bed Bath & Beyond is now easily my favourite store. My fascination began right after seeing the movie Click. This store has everything you need and so much more for excellent prices. I am international customer (Australia) and despite the shipping cost being a little high, I am still amazed with the speed and quality of the packing. Cant wait for Bed Bath & Beyond to open up in Australia someday. We have a Bed Bath & Table but it just isnt the same.

This app is THE WORST! I downloaded it to manage my wedding registry and am unable to add multiple quantities of the same item. Also I have tried making a purchase through the app and nothing happens when I try to add a coupon to my order. There are various buttons throughout the app that are not clickable, and its enough to drive any normal person to the brink of insanity. THE WORST APP!!!!

App is extremely slow/delayed whenever tapping on most anything. BB&B, LOVE your store!!!-- please try to get your app up to speed b/c I (try to) use it very often! Thank you.

App does not work properly like the other apps I use such as Walmart. Needs an update badly. Better off using the site.

If you want me to buy online, please allow me (still an iPhone 4S user) to pinch to enlarge. I was trying to buy vacuum filter bags for our handheld Shark but its kinda hard to read what was there and pinch to enlarge was not happening either, so I gave up :(

Very buggy app! Scanning bar codes takes years compares to other store apps. When I tried to look at reviews without logging in, went into an infinite loop redisplaying login screen!
