Cant add stuff to cart
I was hoping this new version would fix all the hanging and crashing in previous versions. It is still unusable. The app hangs while loading results, saved items, and viewed items. The app only works about 20% of the time. Do the devs even use this app? Or do they just keep submitting the same buggy app without fixing the issues. Unusable.
Worst update ever. Spinning wheels galore. Add item to cart not available. Check customer ratings, spinning wheel.

App constantly hangs and freezes seems to be designed primarily to get your email address without providing any value. Have to wait "up to 24 hours" for first coupon. "My offers" requires you to scan a paper coupon to store an offer. This terrible app has just convinced me to buy my comforters from Amazon.
I would give it a zero star if I could. The app tried to update but now is just a useless black app icon that can not be opened, deleted or updated. Could not even delet from iTunes.
Takes too long to load products to the cart. Just loads and loads and loads. Still needs improvement
The app does not recognize my password even though I reset it 5 times just to ensure it was correct. I cant review other features since I cannot get beyond the login.
Most store apps give you coupons just for using their app. Ive not gotten a single coupon from the BB&B app, which was the only reason I downloaded it to begin with. Kind of workless for me.
The updated look and feel is refreshing. Looking forward to continued improvements....

Its soooo slow! It takes FOREVER AND A DAY to load an item to view or put in the cart. Sometimes I get so frustrated, I wont buy it! Its absolutely ridiculous. And a lot of their products are not described correctly... I purchased a quilt that was supposed to 100% polyester but when it arrived, it was 60% cotton. I was furious! Shipping takes forever just like the app does to load.
This app is very slow to respond making it very frustrating to use. Hard to navigate definitely needs some work.
There are few things in this world that I hate... this app is one of them. Whoever designed the checkout process should be fired immediately. After entering my credit card info I attempt to add a coupon by scanning the barcode... it scans fine but doesnt actually add it to my order like the process of scanning didnt actually happen and Im crazy. Wait, after using this app maybe I am crazy or crazy for trying it in the first place. Clearly another reason that most retailers are loosing to Amazon.

Why in the world does a company as consumer friendly as Bed Bath & Beyond put out a web application that lacks consumer friendlyness. Guys, go native.
Its super slow & not user friendly. Its annoying that we always have to type in our email address to look at our offers. Cant we just log in once and everything should already be accessible in our name and account? Deleting this app because its just using up space and has no purpose.
