I love the store but the app needs help. The easier the app is to use the more business! Please upgrade for Apple Pay and password / fingerprint recognition. This app is a dinosaur.

Crashes or just wont open. Then opening just freezes.

Todays update for "bug fixes and enhancements" broke the app. App doesnt open most of the time, and if it does it freezes on the main screen and you cannot use it.

I just tried getting to my mobile coupons when I was checking out and the app was taking forever to load. BOO!

Very buggy and slow, keeps crashing.

Still having a problem scanning in the offer codes it always scans barcode and then dose not add the offer to the APP. Who ever is the programmer for your APP they needs to get some help from Apple. Scanning has never worked. Still having this problem after the last update.

Any feature I try to use I get an "Oops, something went wrong" message. I reinstalled the app hoping it would fix the problem but it was still completely useless.

With every button I press, this is the response. "Oops! Something went wrong!" Terribly frustrating.

This stupid app is stuck on New York City and wont let me select a store to search in Joliet, IL area. Sorry, I not only deleted your app but you just lost a sale. Ill take my business elsewhere. Maybe to a retailer that will let me search local inventory before I buy.

Immediately bad. Cant filter searches because it wont let me actually apply filters. Not intuitive. Crappy and a waste of time.

Rather use the website through the browser. This app is poorly created and glitches/freezes very frequently. Hard to maneuver around. Done.

Keeps asking me to input my zipcode to find store... Hasnt BBB ever heard of GPS? No Apple Pay! Crap! Deleting....

I tried to use this app to scan an in store sign to learn more about a product. It was such a horrible experience!!! Every other shopping app scanner works & provides results within seconds. With Tragets Cartwheel app, I can even be holding the barcode a weird way and the app can capture the data with ease. Improve the scanner ASAP!!!!

Sorry, but Michaels and Costco and Target apps are incredibly more user friendly. Ive loaded this thing more than once, thinking surely I can figure it out. But Im deleting. Again. Ugh.

This app is just a skin for the mobile website. Lazy work by the mobile team.

The app allows you to search and find items pretty easily, but wont allow me to sign into my account. That means I cant place orders or save items.

The set up is terrible. Quite similar to their website, it is not user friendly. It also crashes regularly.

This app is so slow! I am trying to add things to my registry. I wish they had separate app for registries, maybe that would be faster. Its definitely the app, not my phone. Please fix this! It makes me not want to register there.
