I normally dont review apps but this one is just terrible. Ive been using the wedding registry part of the app and its just torture. It crashes constantly and is so slow. Not worth the frustration.

This is not an app. This is a waste of time. Save yourself the trauma and just use a desktop version or go to the store. Absolutely the worst app Ive ever used.

This all starts by feeling like its good. Next thing you know, youre stuck in a filter menu with no way out because the Apply button is hidden behind the top bar (I can see it if I pull the page down but it isnt clickable). I dont understand what they were thinking but this app is awful. Seriously awful. Also, when you click on App Support in the App Store, it just loads the BB&B website like normal. Zero feedback mechanism.

This might be the worst retail app I have ever used! They give you the choice to filter your searches. But, once you are done filtering, there is no way to see what they have filtered. Does anyone EVER test these apps before they put them out there. Bad business, Bed Bath and Beyond! Time to go do my online shopping at Amazon!

About all you can do is look for items, but then you wont be able order them or find closest store from within app. Not even worth the trouble downloading it. App developers have done nothing to fix. Save your time and just use normal website.

I was excited to use this app for my wedding registry. After using it a couple of times and getting frustrated, I deleted it! I now use their website instead, which in my opinion needs work also. The app was slow to respond, froze and crashed all the time. Tabs wouldnt respond when tapping them. Maybe I would download and try again if they worked on it and made it user friendly! Otherwise, its a huge fail and waste of storage space.

Went looking for the standard 20% off coupon for my mobile device as I forgot the coupon at home and you cant download it. They put you through a bunch of hoops to sign up and then you have to enter the codes off the physical coupon you get in the mail!! Dont bother - I wont anymore.

It signs me out a lot. Pretty slow. Would be awesome for checking my registry if it were more reliable. Also looks outdated.

This app is so hard to use. It is slow and it is really difficult to shop. Please improve.

Im using this app for our wedding registry and its terribly slow and difficult to navigate. Im trying to change the color of some window panels I ordered but you cant update color, only quantity, so the item must be deleted and searched for again, and added again. Im sure Ill be wasting time after the wedding exchanging things because of this.

Not user friendly and frustrating. Hard to search items and narrow down searches.

This app is so slow! Not even that user friendly. Trying to use it to update my wedding gift registry but by the time it actually starts working it would have been quicker to drive to the store. Very frustrating app. I get this when I try to open the app "10.4.5 404 Not Found The server has not found anything matching the Request-URI. No indication is given of whether the condition is temporary or permanent. If the server does not wish to make this information available to the client, the status code 403 (Forbidden) can be used instead. The 410 (Gone) status code SHOULD be used if the server knows, through some internally configurable mechanism, that an old resource is permanently unavailable and has no forwarding address."

This app is so buggy its near impossible to use. Very poorly programmed app.

Its garbage. At least they sell trash cans so yes they have something to put this app in. Filter wont even work.

The app dosent let searches be filtered. It wont let you click on the apply button and half the time the screen wont scroll to find it. Good luck scrolling through hundreds of irrelevant bed comforters just trying to find a purple one when you couldve just filtered in the first place. Please fix this because filtering searches is so important

This is truly the worst app I have ever used. Its terrible to browse on. Its constantly giving me error messages that say I was unable to add something to my registry, but when I check later on my computer, its been added 4-5 times. When I try to delete something from the registry, I get the same error message and try again... Only to find out later that the app deleted the wrong item from my registry. Time to play the guessing game of what the app decided to delete! Im legitimately thinking of getting rid of my BB&B registry because of how truly awful this app is. Its not worth dealing with.

This app is horrible for searching, I actually have no idea if anything else works because the back button just makes it crash. I would think this store would have something better working.

-1 stars. Downloaded the app, tried to use it, after 1 frustrating minute deleted app in disgust. Needs total redo!

The app is painfully slow at loading even the most trivial things. The scanner constantly generates an error when trying to load the details for a scanned item. I usually have to scan the same item 3-4 times before the app finally loads the item correctly to add them to my registry. This app needs a lot of work starting with some enterprise architecture for better performance and some mobile UI designers for a better user experience...

Downloaded this app after I got a mailer saying I could scan the coupon into the app to start receiving more offers. Wanted to browse through some sheets before I went to the store to use my coupon...whats the point of selecting "Filter By" if you cant actually filter the results after you check them? Theres literally no where to hit Apply or Ok to re-view the list of items with the filters applied. I hit the back button and it takes me back to the bedding home page. Also had the same issue not being able to sign in once I created an account in the app. I have never used an app this bad before. Deleting.
