Doesnt work

It will not allow me to sign in, only to create an account. So I entered my old info into the new account section and it allowed that but then it would not recognize that I just purchased the 20 percent off deal. This doesnt benefit me at all. I will delete and try it again in the future to see if improvements have been made.
*Update. I just went online and changed my password again and this time I was able to sign on the app. Even after I reset the app it still works. Will let you know if I have anymore problems.
